Hi! My name is Mei. I am married to a very loving and awesome husband. I am a mom blessed with two truly wonderful kids. My family lives in Orange County, California where the weather is often beautifully pleasant.

As a child growing up and even now as an adult, I’ve always put my attention on taking care of family and friends. As much as I could, I’d help in any way I can to ease the load off of others. Before anyone asks for help, I’m usually already on it.

Writing this bio about myself has been very difficult. Rarely do I reflect on myself. My family and friends are of priority to me. Caring, helping and serving others always bring me much joy.

During the ten years of raising my kids and helping my husband build a medical practice, I’ve always put off exercise. Cooking nutritious meals was the one main healthy thing that I was consistently doing. My husband and I know that exercise does a body good because there is so much more to good health than just eating right.

Then about two years ago, we started going to the gym. There were times when we did not make it to the gym due to certain time constraints. Intentionally prioritizing it made going to the gym totally awesome. Overall, I felt better, got stronger and had more endurance. After a few months, I found that I have plateau doing the same routine over and over again. Now a goal of mine is to lose this poochie thing that sticks out from below my belly button and stay healthy.

The reason why I’m really excited about these exercise programs is because I get to workout right in the comfort of my own home. By following along with these programs that others have achieved a desirable healthy fit body, I know I can accomplish the same. In maintaining my health, it will allow me to continue making a difference in others. Plus, how awesome it will be to finally say bye-bye to my poochie jiggly flab.

Truly love your love ones and yourself by eating nutritiously and by exercising your way to optimal health. You can do it. There is a lot of support.
