My name is Rose and I am a happily married mother of two fantastic kids. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I am a fitness presenter, personal trainer and instructor. I am ACE, AFAA, Turbo Kick, PiYo, and Cycle certified. I have Bachelor's degree in Human Development and and Master's in Education.

Fitness is a lifelong passion of mine. I need it, I crave it, I love it. Exercise can inspire and empower people. I love teaching fitness classes and watching people discover that exercise is fun! It is so rewarding to help people acheive their goals and take control of their health.
Fitness should be engrained into our daily lives. In my opinion exercise is NOT OPTIONAL if you want to live a long life and see your kids and grandkids get married! I really understand many of the pitfalls with weight and exercise and can work with you to help you achieve your goals. A huge part to being successful is being accountable. There is no quick easy fix or magic pill. With support, guidance and a lot of sweat we can help each other be successful long term.

My weight and fitness level has fluctuated with child birth over the years like most women. I really struggled after the birth of my daughter. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Yes, the one that makes you tired and gain weight! I got my thyroid levels under control and took charge of my weight doing Turbo Kick (aka Turbo Jam). I lost the weight, but I will always have to be disciplined in regards to diet and exercise. If I can stay fit and lean with my condition then trust me, you can do it too and I can help you. I started using Beach Body's Whey Protien Powder, the Slimming Formula and Activit Mulit Vitamens and I love them. I've been able to drop that last 10 pounds that I thought would hang around forever and I feel great! I've also helped a lot of my friends, parents and clients reach their goals using these products and our menu planner. It's easier than you think.
