Hello, my name is Tenshar and I'm a 35 yr old single mother of a 13 yr old son and a 18 yr old daughter. I am ready for a change with my body and lifestyle. I so dislike shopping in plus size stores. I feel like I'm trapped inside of my body and I'm fighting against myself to become free. I know God did not intend for me to be a 5'4 woman weighing in at 239. I'm so disappointed in myself for being in this place but I know I can lose this weight I just need to have strong, encouraging, inspirational people to tell me don't give up. I tend to give up on myself a little to easy. Plus, I REFUSE to attend my daugther's graduation in a plus size outfit in May. I just have to remember to believe in myself and know I am not the only one out with this story; there are others like myself with the same struggles, I guess what I'm saying is for the first time in my life, I'm extending my hand for help. I just don't want to be a failure anymore to myself or my children. Plus it's so important to be a good example to our children and I never want to lead my children in the wrong directions, bad habits or excuses. It gets you no where. I thank you all for taking a moment to listen to me and I look forward to potentially meeting new friends.
