My name is Teresa, I am a 47 year old wife and mother of 4 kids 2 boys and 2 girls.Ages 23,21,19,and 17. I have been into fitness all my life.I even Exercised while I was pregnant,I eat very well,and love to study nutrition. But regardless of all of that, if I don't have a support group, I roll in and out of training, and will immediately gain that few pounds that I worked so hard to lose. That is why I am a part of the beach Body community. It is my accountability partner.You help me to stay motivated to get out there, and just do my work out, and make fitness my lifestyle, not a fad, or something that I will quit once I've lost all the weight I want to lose. It's not about just losing weight, it's about being the best I can be, being the best example for my kids(who are all fit conscious). And staying young, healthy,vibrant an sexy for my wonderful husband.

Ever since I had my children, I have gone up and down like a roller coaster. I could not keep or get my weight down to a healthy number, even though, I have always eaten healthy. I had just forgotten what a portion was I guess, and somehow crept up and up, until, I saw a picture of me that I could not believe. I was so embarrassed that I had gotten to that without realizing. I thought I looked the same as always. Well, I didn't. That day I decided NO MORE. I learned how to eat slimmer, and how to lower my portion sizes to what a 130 lb girl should eat.I used the eating plan from Turbo Jam as a guide, and it was very easy.I now don't roller coaster, because I just don't eat those huge amounts any more.
