I am a newlywed with a teenage daughter. I started Beachbody because I knew a gym wouldn't work. Been there, done that. Even had a trainer for a while. But, I couldn't commit to a time of day... Just time. I have never been "thin," nor do I care for that now. If it happens, awesome, but I just wanted to be able to get and keep fit. Love the experience so far. I know what I have

I never thought I would like exercise. That I would go to grab my workout clothes every day to spend an hour or so in front of the television and breaking a sweat. I thought I was content. But, once I started the Beachbody programs and noticed how much better I felt, I realized I was wrong. It wasn't about the weight, it was about getting and keeping healthy. The dropping pounds were a bonus. When I was able to spend a whole day shopping without stepping foot in the "Woman's" section, I felt a sense of pride for what I accomplished. So far, I have dropped two sizes. I struggled some with changing my diet, but once I finally committed, I saw what I could accomplish. It's still hard to believe people refer to me as "skinny." So far, I have lost 30 pounds and two pants sizes. I expect I will lose at least 20 more to get to an "ideal" weight. I can't wait!
