NO MATTER WHAT!!! Unfortunately, this adds pounds. Now, I have to take responsibility to my life, food intake, and health. I have a daughter, and I want to be here for her. So, I decided to grow up, put the fork down, and move. | My Blog 03/10/12 I had a physical with my internal medicine doctor on Thursday. I was starting to get discourage. However, that all changed after my appointment. She walked in and stared at me. More ... 02/29/12 I am feeling really good today. I have been working out on Power 90 - Level 3-4 since, Friday, Feb. 24, 2012. It kicks my butt, but I am doing pretty good. 02/22/12 I hurt my knee yesterday, and I could not workout today.
