I am 40 years old stay at home mom to a 4 year old boy. My life has always consisted of fitness on one level or another. I was running 5-6 miles a day weight training and eating clean when I broke my hip and femur in 2005. This changed my life for many years as far as fitness went and it took me a long time to get back to doing what I love, but I'm back. I want to help you get to the level
