More statistics| TheBrownOne millbrae, CA I'm 230 lbs. Down from 247 lbs by jogging and swimming for many months now. i decided to try P90X because i know 2 people who lost 85 and 20 lbs respectively. I hope I can drop down below the 200lb range and have more muscle definition. I have a large body, but very little muscle. I want to look they way I should. I don't need a 6-pack, but I don't want a pot belly anymore. | ?
