Hello and welcome to BeachBody! My name is Justin Beinlich. If you are reading this, hopefully you have joined the cause and if your a fellow coach, you also have found an easy way to earn some extra cash. I am a Sophomore at Union Christian College in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a Pre-Physicians Assistant major. I have always been athletic and I love to play sports whenever I can, but being in college, I had enough already keeping me too busy to excersize. It soon became obvious that playing sports once in awhile was not sufficient enough for me to keep the weight off. I have gained about 10 pounds since beginning college. In the last month, I have began to bump up my work out routine in the gym and I've even begun to watch what and how much I eat daily. The gym has helped,but I noticed I hadn't been able to really work up the sweat I knew I needed. One day I decided to try out a Power90 video workout with my father who is already an Ruby coach. It felt good and it was something I knew i needed. I am in pursuit to get into shape and to become healthier than I have ever been in my life.
