I am a 30 year old stay at home mom to two wonderful children. I have been working-out with Beachbody for over 7 years. In the past Ive had issues with starting up a program and never finishing it. I pretty much do that with everything in my life. Start something but never finish. My coach has issued a 30 day challenge and I took it. So I picked my program and ready to do it. I am doing my goals in 30days type thing instead of where I want to be all together. For me its better to do 30 days so I dont get mad at myself for not getting to my main goal.
