I am 29 years old and manager in the information Technology field. I like to play Ice Hockey but my overall physical activity has been limited for about 9 years. Prior to that I was 165 pounds at 6'2". I now am 239 pounds and do not have much energy.

I started P90X about a month ago and had to take time off from shoulder injury. I am now starting back up and am not letting anything stop me now. I want to see 200 pounds long term but at this time More ...
I started P90X about a month ago and had to take time off from shoulder injury. I am now starting back up and am not letting anything stop me now. I want to see 200 pounds long term but at this time my current goal is 220. I believe this is something I can reach within 90 days.
