Hello and welcome to my Beachbody page. My name is Travis. I am the father of two great kids. My daughter is 9 and my son is 6. I am married to the best wife a man could ask for almost 12 years ago.

Now on to my reasons for joining up with the Beachbody family. I have never been in great shape. I was 145 in High School but not in any type of athletic shape. Now 17 years later at my first Beachbody weigh in I hit the 258 mark. My main problem is my love for cooking. I have tried the gym a time or two but it would never last long. I would always find an excuse of why I could not make the gym that day. With Beachbody I have the gym at home in my den. No more excuses. With two growing kids I really noticed what bad shape I was in. Trying to help my kids learn to ride a bike was a real workout for me. I could only keep up with the bike for a minute or two and I had to take a break. I decided then I had to do something about it. My wife and I heard about Beachbody from some friends at church. We both thought it sounded like a great deal. It was too good for us to pass up so we both joined up. I just know I will soon be writing a great Transformation Story.
