I have alway been concerned about my health and starting
paying close attention to nutrition as I started eating
primary organic and whole foods in my early 20s. This was
before it was fashionable when health food stores were small
and organic foods were only local and the fellow shoppers
smelled of pouchi.

In my youth I was fairly athletic and participated sports
year around. Eating healthy and staying active kept me thin
through my 20s but found that I needed to increase the
amount of exercise in my 30s as my metabolism started slow.

Between work and family and everything life has to offer I
found that my exercise got less frequent and my metabolism
slower and my body fat greater. Through my 30s my running,
stretching, and push ups became my primary form of stress
release and exercise. Yet, I continued to struggle with my
weight as I fought the metabolic beast.

In a state of depression after failing to fit into a suit I
had purchased only a year earlier I was up late with a bowl
of ice cream in my hand when the P90X informmercial
captivated my interest. Although I was suffering from a
herniated disk in my neck and had not exercised in nearly a
year, I order the program and anxiously awaited its arrival.

Watching the introduction P90X video I realized that I was
not healthy enough to start such an intense program due to
my herniated disk issue. Six months later after a gifted
doctor/acupuncturist healed me, I started the P90X program.

Paying attention to what I put into my body and training
hard felt great. At 42 I started to see my body transform
from fat to muscle. Although initially extremely sore from
the program each day I felt stronger and healthier. After
90 days, I could wait to start the second round as my body
and mind had been completely transformed.

With the hard work and commitment to succeeding with the
program I found that I regained the high energy that I had
in my youth and my overall outlook on life has gotten so
much better. The bottom line is I FEEL GREAT!! I feel
younger and more energetic and love feeling this way! That
is the bottom line. I cannot imagine ever going backwards
again!

I also realized that with over 20 years of nutritional and
general fitness experience, I have a lot to offer to others
looking to reach their fitness goals. As I progressed
through the program it became quickly apparent that the hard
work is not enough as the nutritional part is 70% of the
program. BeachBody has designed the perfect program that
anyone can follow and have the body they alway wanted or
once had. It is a matter of commitment. This commitment,
however, is greatly enhanced with someone by your side
helping you get through those days when your not seeing the
results you want or just don't feeling like "bringing it"
day after day. Let me be that little push we all need to
get to the next level.

I view this program as a journey. And in any journey there
will be good days and challenging days. Those days when you
are sore or just would rather hang out are when a good coach
will pick you up and get you back in the game.

I love what good health and fitness has done to my mental
wellbeing. I also love fitting into clothing I wore when I
was in my 20s. Together, we can get you to this point as
