Hi everyone. My name is Tim and I am on a quest to better myself and everyone I come into contact with on a daily basis. My goal is to tone up a little bit but improve my overall health more than anything. I want to feel good, look good and be able to express that to everyone else around me. I look forward to meeting new people and sharing our transformation results together.

Once upon a time in a magical kindom....wait, that's not how this story goes starts off. haha

I have struggled with my weight ever since I was in the 5th grade in elementary school and I remained over weight all the way up into my high school years. Once I started growing everything evened out a little but and I was still kind chunky. After high school I joined the Marines where I lost all my weight during boot camp and went from about 220lbs to 170lbs! However, this didn't last long. Due to my lack of knowledge in fitness and nutrition I slowly started gaining my weight back and stayed at about 205lbs on average. It wasn't until I became a Drill Instructor that I started to understand how the human body works and I started looking into work out programs that were like what we did in the Marines. I found Insanity and started doing that and had good, not great but good, results. I realized afterwards that it was my diet that kept me from reaching my goal the first time around and I have recently started my second cycle of Insanity. Once I finish Insanity and plan on continuing with the Insanity programs and completing Asylum 1, 2, and all of the hybrid workouts.
