Hi All ! I've lost alot of weight with Beachbody (Slim in 6;Yoga Booty) before a few years ago, but had a baby (csection) and fell off the bandwagon. I gained 60 lbs and am very ready to come back to the programs and great group of people who helped me before...

Today July 26 is Day 1 of Hip Hop Abs. OMG I LOVE THIS PROGRAM !! I thought it would just work my tummy, but my thighs, buns, arms and hips are all worked. I feel all those parts burning in minutes of starting. It does not feel like working out. I feel like I'm hanging out with some friends dancing. I am dripping sweat in 5 minutes lol. I'm not taking any supplements since I can't swallow big pills. I am trying my best to drink 4-5 20 oz bottles of water a day. I am at 2 a day so far and pushing it each day to get to 4. I will reach it, I promise myself ! Maybe I'll try Crystal Light for flavor.My appetite has been a little better. I will have a treat day every Saturday with the kids and hubby and eat healthier for the remaining days in the week. Most of my diet consists of Cheerios, salads, bananas etc. Those Salad Spritzers are fantastic !! The eating is the hardest part. With teeny kids we have so much of everything ;(

Today is Jul 31st (6 days) and I can see a difference in my face and arms.Hubby stopped me yesterday on his own and said he could see a difference in my body tone YAY !! I lost 8.5 inches all over including 2 off my tummy YAY !! I lost 1 lb as well. 1 lb lost is better than 1 lb gained..I am going to start using the resistance bands right before bed for some of Debbie's moves to help as well. I'm so excited about getting back into shape. I do know realistically each day will be a challenge to push especially after working full time and running after 6 kids, but I will stick to this and hopefully find me a buddy to work with !

BUMMER WEEK-Aug 3rd.. went to emergency room with chest pains and was diagnosed with Pleurisy (inflammation of lungs-VERY PAINFUL) So now on bedrest on antibiotics for the week and will miss working out...next week hopefully will feel better and get back on the train..sad--I miss working out but have to take care of this bump in the road first :(

Well my week turned into more like 2 weeks since my lung infection became worse. Not a good experience at all. Tonight is Sunday August 19th and my doc cleared me for starting back up so restarting my Hip Hop Abs program. I was so depressed because I hated being sick and missing this. I have until Nov 2nd to work hard because I'm going on vacation with some friends of mine. I am so ready for this. 10 weeks and counting. Wooooohooooooo !!
