I broke my ankle in February 2008, slipping on the ice and want to get back
into a
routine of exercise and muscle toning. My ankle will swell up from time to
time and is stiff when I just sit. So I think if I get moving again things will get
better too.

I am a grandma and want to be able to play with the kids when they come to
visit.

I feel SO much better. The weight is stubborn. But my clothes fit so much
better. I think I am losing fat and gaining muscle and at some point the

weight will start to go down. My ankle is so much stronger now. And that is
what I was hoping for. If I miss more than one day of doing some kind of
exercise I feel depressed and tired. After exercising I feel great! I need to
start every day with some kind of exercise and TMT is a perfect way to do
that!

Just an update. I am back to mowing lawn this year. I mowed for 1 1/2 hours
today. I wear a pedometer and Have over 17,000 steps today. I feel great.
The weight is subborn, but my clothes fit so much better. Hopefully this
summer will be the time for the weight to start falling. I love to go walking
and/or mow lawn. I need to remember to do muscle toning also. And maybe
by the end of the summer I will have an "after" picture to post.
