More statistics| Timeflies I broke my ankle in February 2008, slipping on the ice and want to get back into a routine of exercise and muscle toning. My ankle will swell up from time to time and is stiff when I just sit. So I think if I get moving again things will get better too. I am a grandma and want to be able to play with the kids when they come to visit. I love to go walking and mow my lawn, But I My Progress My fitness goal: Transformation story
I feel SO much better. The weight is stubborn. But my clothes fit so much better. I think I am losing fat and gaining muscle and at some point the weight will start to go down. My More ... | ?
