I am a fitness enthusiast and a teacher at heart! I teach Special Education in an elementary school by day, and whenever I have a free moment, I love to teach group fitness classes and do some personal training when time allows. I have a been a school teacher since 1989 and started teaching group fitness a year after that! My best job of all is being a wife and mother. I have been married to

I just finished a half marathon training group this past weekend. Us club members started in January and worked really hard to accomplish our goals. Some of us completed the 13.1 trek and others More ...
I just finished a half marathon training group this past weekend. Us club members started in January and worked really hard to accomplish our goals. Some of us completed the 13.1 trek and others completed the six mile trek. No matter the goal, we all achieved in the end. I wanted to lose more weight, but I didn't! But I did lose inches and body fat! Very proud of that. My next goal is to add resistance training to my regimen and be comitted to it. Please say you will take on this challenge with me. You can accomplish this through P90X, Chalean Extreme or Slim in 6. Let's just do something and have a wonderfully buffalicious bod by the end of summer. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!
