I am 49 years old and have not been exercising for the past two years. I have
been very busy with working full time and going to school as a full time
student.
I was active. Wow I a leaving part of my post from so long ago so that I can see how it has taken me. I come and go but I have not completed my goal. I am here to try again. I did like posting and recording my workouts. It did help.

July 8, 2008 First day: 107 degree weather, back to work and into my Slimin6 routine. 1st.
10 days has felt good, very positive because I have not felt hungry and the
exercise has felt good. Burning muscles but not sore the next day. I am tired,
not sore, my used muscles feel tight. Working in 30 more minutes into my
morning exercise. LOVE the morning...nothing can interrupt that time slot. 2
inches off my waist and a half off the hips is a good payoff for one week. Two
weeks till my first goal. I hope.

2nd run at returning to online recording workouts. These workouts really help exert some energy. These indoor workouts will be great for the Fall and Winter months. I will still get out and enjoy the weather.
