My fitness journey has definitely been a roller coaster ride for me! When I was about 16 years old at about 107 pounds I thought I was FAT! OMG...are you kidding me? I was TINY! I had this misconception about myself and of course thought that by society you had to look like the cover of the magazine to be accepted! I knew NOTHING about fitness or nutrition. I have always been very consious of my body and how it looks in clothes! No lumps please! Most of my life I have been active and always made it a point to work out but not so much eat healthy! The highest weight I have ever been at was 152 lbs and that was on the day I gave birth to my first daughter! I realized after her birth though that even on a small body that I needed to do something to tone up! I did pilates and running mostly...had never heard of Turbo Jam yet! My second daughter was born a year ago this month and I have been doing Turbo and running since about March 2007 and I feel that my body...especially my tummy, looks better now than EVER! I feel so great and plan to continue my Turbo routine along with running and whatever else I can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle!!

************************************The above transformation story was written back in 2007 when I had just joined Beachbody as a member! I LOVE seeing the OLD goals and making the NEW! I laughed when I saw the part about not eating healthy! I have even changed that! I currently maintain a diet of approx 1600 calories a day and LOVE the way it makes me feel! It has become MY lifestyle and MY way of eating! It is SO VERY important to eat right not only for the best results but for long term health as well! I am SO excited to have become a COACH today (6/25/09) and CANNOT WAIT to help others reach their goals! I can HAPPILY say I LOVE MY RESULTS and I want to help others LOVE THEIRS TOO!!
