Hi, my name is Tony; I live in northern Kentucky, I’m a degreed engineer working with drive axles for class 4 – 8 trucks. I have been married to the same wonderful woman for almost 25 years (23JL07). We have one son that is 15 years old and our pets (5 cats and one goldfish.)
My wife has stated for years that I have been getting heavier, but being the typical husband I disagreed. Then my doctor stated when you hit 40 years of age your body starts to fall apart; of course at this time I was well overweight (yes my wife was correct.)
At this time I started to workout somewhat, I would loose 5 to 8 lbs, just to gain it back and sometimes even more.
So here I am today at 45 years old, 230 lbs and well overweight, high cloistral, borderline diabetic and a doctor telling me something that my wife has been telling me for several years; you need to exercise more, loose weight, watch your diet. This is all required to bring your body back to a healthier state.
A few weeks after my doctors statement while watching TV and surfing through the channels, I came across a Turbo Jam infomercial.
