I'm a 38 year old wife and mom of 2 kids, 2 cats and 2 dogs. I was tired of using Atkins to yo-yo up and down for the past 4 years, and I found Beachbody. I started my journey with Insanity, followed by Turbo Fire and I'm continuing it with a Chalene

So I started out with Insanity. And boy is that plan tough! But I muscled through it the best that I could and found myself getting stronger and more flexible. I did have trouble with eating the More ...
So I started out with Insanity. And boy is that plan tough! But I muscled through it the best that I could and found myself getting stronger and more flexible. I did have trouble with eating the right foods, but finally figured it all out by the end.
I then moved on to Turbo Fire! Chalene is awesome and those HIIT workouts are the BOMB! You know what she means by afterburn? She means you will be walking calmly through a store, just picking up a few necessities, and you will suddenly be sweating profusely! Now that's AFTERBURN!
Now I am doing the Chalene Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid schedule because I really want to build up these fat burning muscles. I am sore almost every day, but loving it!
I have lost almost 30 pounds since starting with Beachbody, and I plan to keep going!
