Hi MDB Players! My name is Ann Taylor and I am a fitness trainer in Hollywood, CA. My athletic background is really varied. I grew up on swim team, played soccer, danced, took a little gymnastics, ran cross country, and at 14 feel in love with yoga. I moved to LA at 19 and lived down the street from Swerve Studio, where Teigh and Gillian teach Yoga Booty Ballet! I took every class I could get Hi MDB Players! My name is Ann Taylor and I am a fitness trainer in Hollywood, CA. My athletic background is really varied. I grew up on swim team, played soccer, danced, took a little gymnastics, ran cross country, and at 14 feel in love with yoga. I moved to LA at 19 and lived down the street from Swerve Studio, where Teigh and Gillian teach Yoga Booty Ballet! I took every class I could get my hands on and was bummed when I moved to another area of town where I could no longer attend class as regularly. Luckily Beach Body picked up their videos and now anyone can take their fabulous classes. I have been studying different forms of movement all over LA for the last 5 years. When I am not training clients or taking class I spend my time out in nature. I love rock climbing more than any other sport and will climb until the day I die! Back in LA.... I currently teach Pilates, yoga, Kinesis, and have private clients that I aid in achieving their goals by working on their cardio, stregth, flexiblity, and balance. I love to learn about the body and welcome more training as well as new people to work with. If you live in LA come take class, if not message me with any questions you have. My tip for right now is...If you make a modification to an exercise and are challenged, your body is getting stronger. If you are struggling and performing a movement sloppy, you are only stregthening your ego!
