I'd like to first start out by saying I have a huge passion for helping people. This might explain why I'm a personal trainer. Currently, I live and independently train in the greater Los Angeles area. Just as I love keeping my clients active and healthy, I like to apply that to my own life as well. However, sometimes I too need a little push. I can honestly say Team Beachbody has really helped I'd like to first start out by saying I have a huge passion for helping people. This might explain why I'm a personal trainer. Currently, I live and independently train in the greater Los Angeles area. Just as I love keeping my clients active and healthy, I like to apply that to my own life as well. However, sometimes I too need a little push. I can honestly say Team Beachbody has really helped give me that push. I've found this support system to be such an amazing tool that I use not only to motivate others but to even motivate myself! Outside of training, I love playing sports, traveling, and the outdoors (especially the beach). I guess you can say I just like keeping active. When I do feel like relaxing, I like listening to music, reading and watching movies. My family and friends are incredibly important to me too, so most of the things I do, usually involve them. Well, that about does it for now. Well, I completed the Power 90 program a while back and let me just say, I loved it! I increased my strength, I gained flexiblity (I can touch the floor with no problem now), and my once injured knee is feeling awesome! My knee is feeling so good, that my goal is to run a marathon by 2010!
Now I'm tackling the ever-popular P90X and it seems like good timing too. I started the program with a couple friends at beginning of summer and will finish it shortly after summer. Just in time for swimsuit season! Knowing how effective Power 90 was for me, I'm really excited to see what P90X can do for me! Wish me luck everyone!
