I had been a NCAA Divison 1 scholarship athelete in Track & Field. I competed in both the 400 & 800 meters. I was always lean and fit. In 2003 I began to take my fitness seriuosly. In that year I made a decision to get back in shape and in 10 weeks I went from 170 to 150lbs and from 22% to 8% bodyfat. Since that time my weight has fluctuated between 150 and 170lbs. I am now 41 years old and I have a goal to complete a marathon in 2010. I will be using both P90X and Insanity to help me prepare for my 26 mile journey.
