Not yet achieved but "I can do this" March 5, 2009 OK here I am 9 nine pounds lighter and inches diminishing. I really don't mind the snails pace. After all; its going to take time. I didn't exactly get fat overnight so it is unfair of myself to ask myself to lose it quickly. You just have to move!!! I will also tell you that weighing frequently gives you a birds eye view of what you're eating and aye what you shouldn't! Drinking water having a consistent workout and having a family working it with you. I am just not referring to my husband Paul and my daughter Abbey. I am referring to BeachBody and WOWY and the importance of pushing play...and not giving up. Make good food choices and yes even indulging. Just know when you indulge you have to work twice as hard to remove th "indulgence" from your waistline. Then you start weighing well hmm is the chocolate worth it or the basket of bread at the restaurant? Often you wind up leaving it alone. Eat protein, fruits and veggies raw or steamed. Enjoy the complex carbs if you have to have a carb. This is what is helping. Anyway that's what has been working for me. My finishing goal is to play a full field soccer game with my spouse daughter and her friends without stoppin for air :) Pray for me and email me with your story or support.
