I'm looking forward to getting into the best shape of my life! I started jogging a few years ago and was able to get down from 230 lbs. to 180 lbs. Little did I realize that alot of what I was losing was muscle, and that my metabolism wasn't speeding up as I had hoped. Needless to say, over the last year or so, my workouts have decreased some and I've gained about 15 lbs back.

I'm planning on finishing my 90 days on Power 90 and then move on to P90X. Initially, P90X is what caught my eye, but I figured I'd be better off starting small and then working my way to the extreme. More ...
