Hi, my name is Mike and I have lived in the northern Colorado area all my life. I grew up in Fort Collins and now live in Nunn, CO. with my wife and our children. I have been working in the HVAC industry for the last 14 years as a residential Service Technician. I'm now Coaching and exercising regularly along with changing my nutritional habits. One of my passions is taking our youth group
