Hello my name is Gil. I am 47 years old and a father of six boys. I am a

Transformation story

I have always tried to stay active all my life and have always enjoyed
exercising. I have had several gym memberships and owned my own home

I have always tried to stay active all my life and have always enjoyed
exercising. I have had several gym memberships and owned my own home
fitness equipment. Over the many years my workouts have changed and have
become routine and simply boring. I was first introduced to the Power 90
system with a roommate about 5 years ago. I used the videos at that time
and really got into doing the workouts. But I found that I was always being
interupted by one thing or another and lost site of what I wanted to
accomplish. I then was sitting in front of the television set surfing the
channels during christmas break and came across "The P90X program"
infomercial. I wanted to get into a routine that I could really do, but still was
skeptical about how well I would do. I have always struggle with diet more
than I have working out so I thought what the heck I will give this a shot. Well
the P90X system has really got me excited about being fit although I still
struggle with the diet side of it. I have made progress getting some of those
extra pounds off. My workouts have been intense because I am someone who
wants results and this has brought up my intensity levels. I have seen
improvements in my strength and flexibility. I had a complete knee overhaul
on both of them and thought I would never be able to get back to doing
things I wanted to do. I gave myself time to recover and really thought
through what needed to be done. I play lots of sports and one sport I enjoy is
downhill snow skiing. I was able to ski for the first time in 5 years and it felt
great. Thanks to my recovery and the P90X program I am getting better each
day. The program works but like Tony says you have to keep pushing play no
matter what. I look forward each day to my next workout. Thanks so much
Tony for "bringing it". I couldn't have asked for a better support program. I
have just completed my first 90 days and I look forward to continuing and
get through a second set of 90 days and continuing to get the body I want to
have.
