As for my health and fitness I'm really excited to now make it a priority. Growing up I was very very skinny and did not partake in any sports! In high school I just traveled with the basketball teams as a Statistician :) I was 5-9" and 128 lbs!!!

My first pregnancy I was 130 lbs pre-pregnancy and gained 40 lbs. I thought "Oh it's just gonna fall off!" Well I was wrong! My mother gave me a membership to a gym and my plan was to workout. Well, I never was consistent because I just didn't have that workout drive in me...

In 2003, I started planning for my wedding in Jamaica - I started working out like a JUNKY!!! I was getting married on the white sand beach and wanted to have the best body! Well, 6 months into planning I got pregnant!

So here we are almost 5 years later and I need to get my body back! I am very motivated now and ready to get FIT FOR LIFE thanks to my Beachbody coach!!!
