I am 50 years young and have many more vibrant years ahead if God is willing. I have two daughters that I have to keep up with so I want to be physically fit for me and them and good looking for my husband.

I want to be a perfect 10 by January. That is, in a size 10 that does not fit tight and no bulges and rolls underneath. I currently wear a size 12 with 24% body fat. This is still in the healthy More ...
I want to be a perfect 10 by January. That is, in a size 10 that does not fit tight and no bulges and rolls underneath. I currently wear a size 12 with 24% body fat. This is still in the healthy range but too close to being overweight. Before I moved to Georgia from Connecticut three years ago, I was about 148 pounds. I had reached an all time high of 159 pounds since then which I attributed it to lack of exercise, older age and Southern-style cooking.

I would like to get down to 148 by September 10--my birthday and be more physically fit. My goal is to get to 145 by December.
