Hi. My name is Trista, and I've decided on becoming a Team Beachbody coach in hopes of it motivating me to obtain my fitness goals.

I haven't always been obese, yes I'm obese, my bmi says so. In fact, I was a cheerleader in high school, and played softball on a women's league after high school. Of course, that was 10 years ago now, but the point is, I use to be much thinner.
