I have worn many hats over the years and within the past six years I have added husband, father of three and long-haul truck driver. And well, somewhere along the way I misplaced my fit and healthy hat. With a personal trainer background and as a former body builder I never thought I would ever get so out of shape, but the sedentary lifestyle of a trucker has kicked my butt. So now on the cusp of

And well, somewhere along the way I misplaced my fit and healthy hat. With a personal trainer background and as a former body builder I never thought I would ever get so out of shape, but the sedentary lifestyle of a trucker has kicked my butt. So now on the cusp of my 40th birthday I have moved back home to Hawaii and decided to whip my body back into shape. With the help and support offered by Team Beach Body (and my wife of course) I will proove that it's never to late to look and feel phenomenal. Muahahahahahaha!!!!!!
