I am 44 years old. divorced. with two children age 18 and 23. I have always been what i considered to heavy. with my weight rangeing from 200 up to 275 at times.for the last 15 years or so it has stayed pritty much at about 230. I didn't eat right. so i was in really bad shape. In July of this year I lost my mother. she was 65. a smoker and extremely overweight. Exactly 26 years before that i lost

I have used many programs, designed to lose weight and tone muscles. From Body for life;to ones that i have designed myself. None of them worked at least not for long. I needed a regimented work out More ...
I have used many programs, designed to lose weight and tone muscles. From Body for life;to ones that i have designed myself. None of them worked at least not for long. I needed a regimented work out program. One that pushed me to my limits on a daily basis. One that i could do at home. I hated going to the gym waiting for machines getting into the car at 6 am to drive there. I would do it for a while and then just give up. but with P90 I have the regimented program I need. No imagination involved. I get up every morning i use the 30 or 45 minutes before my work out to get my suppliments in and rehidrate my body. then i work out. i post to the threads everyday. I love this program and plan on continueing until well forever. My goals of the last 10 months have changed dramatically... I have used P90 to stay in shape through a calf injury caused by running to hard and not training wisely. I will start P90X on 3 July. I will also start Training for a mini marathon on the same day.. With out P90 i would not have ever have thought of doing either... P90 Rules
