Hi Im Eric. Here is my revised bio on 7/17/12. I am just finishing Insanity tomorrow with my fit test. I am very pleased. I lost 18 lbs and am continuing to slim down. I have some toning to do and will be very happy. I will be starting P90x when it arrives in mail. I may throw some insanity workouts in with it if I need some more cardio. I dont want to lose my momentum with this.

This is 7/26/12 and I did sub in 2nd mo. insanity workouts to keep pushing my cardio improvement. Im continuing to get in better shape and am very happy. My goal is to surpass even my Marine Recon days as believe I actually will. These workouts just weren't developed like this 20 yrs ago. Although some of it was around like suicide drills. As an attorney I want to look good in court and have my clothes fit great. But more importantly I feel great and that is priceless.
Its February 2013-I continue to do Insanity and P90x. I am very happy with how I look and am around my goal weight of 192. I also just ran a half marathon with my best time since before 2005. It just keeps getting better!
