I got married in October 2009. My Husband and I have been trying
to start a family. I have always been on the chunkier side, now I want to get in shape for my future family. I have gone up and down in weight for many years. I got married in October 2009. My Husband and I have been trying
to start a family. I have always been on the chunkier side, now I want to get in shape for my future family. I have gone up and down in weight for many years. Over the summer I had gained some extra weight from a pregnancy that had ended in miscarriage. Now I want to make a permanent change because recently I have been told that the basic medication that they use to help women get pregnant is not working and we need to goto the next step. I that I must make this change now, for my health and for the future of my family. I am looking to make 2011 the best year yet. I decided to become a coach to help keep me more accountable and to help others.

I have 60 lbs to lose, but I am focusing on smaller goals since they are less intimidating. I am starting off with 10lbs at a time. This way I have a better chance of reaching it without overly stressing out. I want this to be a lifestyle change. I also need to make this change now so when I do finally get pregnant I will be healthier and more active for my child. I want to set a healthy lifestyle now so that my children will have a good role model. Together we can help each other reach our goals!
