MY STORY: I've never really been the skinny girl, but just sort of healthy. I played soccer as a kid growing up and loved the games! But in my teens, I had a friend that introduced me to aerobics classes and the instructor had me hooked!! I did the Hello and welcome to my Team Beachbody site! MY STORY: I've never really been the skinny girl, but just sort of healthy. I played soccer as a kid growing up and loved the games! But in my teens, I had a friend that introduced me to aerobics classes and the instructor had me hooked!! I did the machines, but being in classes went by a lot faster! I also enjoyed doing workouts with videos like Cher, Jane Fonda, & Cindy Crawford. =) HA!
Since then, I fell into teaching group fitness classes just by making a comment that "I can do that!" That changed my life. As an instructor I was committed to helping others reach their fitness goals. It's now been almost 20 years in the fitness industry and I LOVE IT!!
I have taught just about everything on land but I really loved a workout called Turbo Kick. I have been teaching it since it first came out about 13 years ago! I did it thru 3 pregnancies and kept in decent shape. So grateful for that!! So I have a true passion for Turbo Kick, Jam & Fire. And it's still my love and passion to help others reach their fitness goals AND... have FUN doing it!
I reached one of my ideal GOAL dreams... to work for Chalene Johnson's company, Powder Blue Productions, as a Presenter & Area Promotions Director for the NC/SC areas. This means that I train others to teach (or they just learn to step-up their game) in these formats: Turbo Kick (aka Turbo Jam & Fire), PiYo, Hip Hop Hustle, and All-Star Presenter Camp! I LOVE MY JOB!!!
I also teach a variety of classes for several gyms in NC. I enjoy working out SO much - it's like play time for me! I LOVE FITNESS. Even though I'm not the best at eating healthy all of the time. I am a full choc-o-holic and dessert lover! Really enjoy cooking and baking.
So to keep me from over-indulging, I use chocolate Shakeology as a meal for breakfast or as a snack. I also love it for my vitamins and all of the great energy it fuels me with! Love it!!
I joined Beachbody to be a Coach in order to continue in my efforts to help others succeed and to share what I know about fitness and finding your workout "match". The one that you enjoy the most. Everyone has one, you just have to find it!!

Now it's time for: MARCH 1st FITNESS CHALLENGE!! Join me and my team for a 90-day challenge using your weapon of choice! I will be doing ChaLEAN Extreme and teaching Turbo Jam! We will be fit just in time for Memorial Weekend!! What videos will you be doing??
