Mission Viejo, CA Hello! My parents have always encouraged working out. When I was younger I always played team sports, and now that I am older, I teach group exercise classes (which my both my parents go to ;) ). Right now I have two jobs: Working on my PhD in Physics and teaching group exercise classes. The latter is the one that keeps me sane! I refer to them as my fun job and my not so fun job...can you Hello! My parents have always encouraged working out. Right now I have two jobs: Working on my PhD in Physics and teaching group exercise classes. The latter is the one that keeps me sane! I refer to them as my fun job and my not so fun job...can you tell which one is which? =) I love working out and I love encouraging other people to work out with me! I started taking TKB classes every once in a while with my mom when I was only 15, and nine years later, I'm still hooked. But it's not just me who is hooked, it's my whole family! There will be days when I'm teaching a class and my parents, two sisters, aunt and cousin will all be in there hooting and hollering encouraging eachother. For my family, working out together is such a bonding experience. I want to help other people feel the same way I feel everytime I start working out and to feel like they are a part of my gym family!

I was always in shape in highschool, but then came college at UC Santa Barbara. Although I never was overwieght, I wasn't always in the best shape. After moving to Orange County for graduate school, I fell in love with taking group exercise classes. I would always meet my mom at the gym and we became workout buddies. After a few months of working out, my college friends had already noticed a difference in me. I love group exercise so much that I started teaching and now I am completely addicted. Over this last year my college clothes started hanging off my body so any excuse to go shopping is fine with me. =)
That was two years ago. Now here I am, the most fit I have EVER been in my whole life. How did I do it, amazing programs like Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire (I'm in that one, I am the chick with the pink hair!! That workout is KILLER!), ChaLEAN Extreme, Brazilian Butt Lift, you name it, I probably have done it! I love working out, but my biggest passion is helping other people find a workout they love and can stick with to shed the weight they have been dreaming of getting rid of. I want to help you succeed! You can do it, and I will be there the whole way to help you and guide you through this journey.
