More statistics| TurboTina I started aerobic classes at age 24 when I was exchanging a bad habit (smoking) for a good habit. I started my own behavior modification program. I did step aerobics and later began the "Body for Life" program with weights. I started that in 2005. I was introduced to Turbo Jam in 2006 and then started the Turbo Jam with weight gloves in 2007. At 51 I maintained a weight of 143 and a size My Progress My fitness goal: Lose Weight Transformation story
I am out there starting to date again at 52. I want to be the best I can be. I would like to be 135 lbs.
