I hit my peak weight during my junior year in college - I was out of shape, 25 lbs overweight and uninspired. I slowly started jogging and doing home dvds. Soon, I joined a health club and took group classes. Soon after, I became an instructor and then discovered Turbo. I dropped all the extra weight and stayed fit through both my healthy pregnancies. I can't imagine my life without fitness and I hope you join me! Get the Turbo Party started.
