I have always loved to workout & be physically active but I was forced to
stop
my fast paced dedicated workout lifestyle once I found out I was pregnant
with triplets. All of the sudden I had to do a full 360 & practically stop
moving. The last 11 weeks of my pregnancy I spent on hospital bedrest! I
lost
all of my muscle & gained 75 pounds along the way. After the triplets were
born there was not much time to do anything but feed them, bathe them,
hold them & then do it all over again. I longed to get back into some type
of
workout shape again. I had always believed in Turbo Jam from doing
classes
at the gym but now I needed to be able to do those workouts at home, so I
started doing the Turbo Jam workouts with the babies spread out on a
blanket looking up at me. I would hold one rattle in each hand & with
every
punch it would keep them entertained & keep me burning those calories I
needed to burn! It was fun because I was entertaining them & I was getting
an awesome workout. Every week I saw my body changing I kept getting
rid
of more & more of my big baggy clothes & pulling out more & more of my
tighter things. Now eating became an issue also, eating too many empty
calories
because by the time I got around to eating I was starving! My metabolism
was
shot & confused. That is where the meal replacement shakes came in, once
a
day
sometimes even twice for my meals my metabolism got back on track & I
was
looking hot...again:) It was exciting to see the transformation & to still be
able to
spend time with my babies. I cannot say enough about what an incredible
program Turbo Jam is, I lost 75 pounds & I look & feel fantastic! I am also
proud
to say I am still doing it Teaching Turbo Jam as well as at home & drinking
my
