More statistics| Turbocuz Dearborn, MI I've started this process of getting healthy and losing weight so many times. Today is day 16 of being a Veggie Eater. I start the day with Shakeology then have a HUGE salad of greens and cut veggies for lunch and for dinner a HUGE salad plus cooked veggies. Or to summarize: 1 lb. of raw greens and 1 lb. of cooked veggies daily plus at least 4 servings of fruit, 1 C. of beans/legumes, 1 oz. | ?
