(I am now currently 23 years old and weigh 215lbs. I am starting the TurboFire workout)

I am 20 years old and for as long as I can remember I have been overweight. I
have been on many different diets and workout plans but have never gone through with them because I have never had the motivation. I became addicted to ordering workout videos as well as machines off of infomercials. I tried pilates, weight watcher, power 90, and a few other but just never got
into them. I had even ordered Turbo Jam and fell in love with it but I have the problem that if I miss one day of working out I stop all together and start the
workout all over again a few weeks or months later. But I stopped using Turbo Jam as well. I was unhappy with myself so I started to eat more so I started to gain more weight, it did not help that I had an older sister who is
currently a size 4 and could eat anything that she wanted without any problems and has always been that way.

In October 2006 when I was 17 years old and at my heaviest 240 lbs and in
size 22 jeans, I had an accident at work that damaged my back. I could not
move or even eat without being in so much pain that I wanted to cry. Because
I could not eat without being in so much pain I started to eat less and less
and I started to lose some of the weight. Next thing I know I was 220 lbs and
in a size 20 pants and I stayed there for a while. But I still had the pain so I
could not work out. Because of the back problem I had/have I learned to eat
less, and around October of 2007 the pain was less and I started to work out
again with Turbo Jam. At this point I had just turned 19 and I was 200 lbs, the
smallest I have ever been, I was wearing a size 18 pants and feeling good
about myself and the pain in my back was not too bad. I started to work out
and stuck to the workout, and then I would stop. I would get back into a few
weeks later. In December of 2007 I had lost a total of 60lbs, I went from
being 240lbs to being 180lbs and I went from a size 22 to a size 16. I felt
good about myself, I was happy and I started to be more outgoing. In about
February of this year I gained a new group of very close friends that I would
hang out with all the time, and because I would hang out with them all the
time I stopped working out and started to go out to eat even more. About a
month and a half later I saw that I had gained 5lbs and I was back to being
185lbs.

That is when I meat Chris, my current boyfriend. We started going out
right after I met him in February, He would always tell me that he loved the
way I looked and did not care about the weight. I would spend every day with
him and would neglect my workout. I have recently started school again, and
with my school and work schedule I am afraid that I wont be able to stick to
the workout. I am currently at 200 lbs, and today is my starting day, my new
beginning of Turbo Jam.
