Since having my third child, nearly 4 years ago at the age of 33, I have been struggling to get and keep my body in the best shape possible. My body fat percentage was too high and my cholesterol levels were an issue. After I became a stay at home mom, my days of endless trips walking up and down the halls of the hospital unit I worked came to an end. With playdates came food and more food. So, I started "donating" my money to a local gym two years ago. The motivation would come and go, as did the extra pounds. Luckily, I found Beachbody. We ordered P90X and together my boyfriend and I have motivated each other to make that lifestyle change and stick with it. The first thing we did was modify our diets. The P90X nutrition guide helped us greatly with that. In three months, I have lost 15 pounds and dropped three pant sizes. It's all about better choices and having a good support team. I believe Beachbody will work for you too!
