I am proud to say that I am a Beachbody Coach! I have been for 3 years now, and feel that it has helped many people as well as myself get Physically and Finanicially Fit.
I also work as a fitness trainer and aerobic's instructor. I teach TurboJam, Strength training, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Hip Hop, and Spin classes.

I am most proud to be a 29 yr old mommy of a 2 beautiful, and a wife to my better half, Jim, for 5 yrs. I am a stay at home mom, doing a home biz that actually makes you money. Because I'm passionate about fitness, I am able to share that with others - and they get it!
Some of my other hobbies in life include the following: Triathlon training, Gardening, Singing, Dancing, Reading, Rock Climbing, Hiking and almost any outdoor activity or sport. I love to travel, as well as see good movies (like anyone likes to see bad movies).

This is the 3rd time i've re-written this as I have to go on this journey everytime I have a baby. I am greatful for my weight loss experiences because it helps me to appreciate what other people have to go through.
As any mother knows, having kids is so hard on your body - It's very challenging to get strength back into your abs after they've been stretched so far. It gets even harder each time you have a child to get the gobs of fat rolls off your belly, butt, and thighs.
I am a beachbody coach because these programs have been amazing at helping me come back from having babies stronger, leaner, faster, and more determined. TURBOJAM and TURBOFIRE have been some of the main programs that I have used in my journey - They're fun! and I can get all of my new mom frustrations out through the punching, kicking, and just plain hard work. Every move works my core muscles so that at the end, i don't even need to get down on the ground and do crunches. And the high intensity burns the calories that i need to burn off the fat.
I also cannot say enough about Shakeology. I call it my skinny shake. When i drink it, it just makes my belly go flat. If i ever run out I feel bloated and my belly sticks out. I have to give credit to this amazing concoction for my weight loss, energy from sleepless nights, and shiny hair and nails.
Two other programs that i switch between right now is P90X and Insanity. I've used P90X for a long time, and I love the way it tones my body and gives me a good old fashioned butt kicking. Insanity is definitely my type of workout. As an instructor, I sometimes get into a rut cause I'm doing the same thing all the time. Insanity has taken my fitness to the next level. It leaves me on the floor, pouring sweat down my face. It is hard, but it gets results.
