The image I want right now is just a strong body with an immense amount of energy. I never want to feel tired or drained by anything in the day.
I am currently using Insanity to fulfill the goal. Since all the claims and results are guaranteed to work if you actually put in the effort, 60 days from today, January 16, will be the test.

Transformation to me means that you feel overall accomplished in your past achievements, and have let go of the previous conceptions you had about what you can do and what you have done. Right now, to make a change, you do what you can, and grow as you are able. My right shoulder has an injury from poor sports conditioning and improper workout technique. However, I will achieve what I want regardless because I have transformed what I expect from myself.

01/29/12 Completeing two weeks... is great. Last week and this week, I lifted weights before insanity on Saturdays at the gym, but this time, I did 60 minutes of cardio without losing my wind. The More ... 01/22/12 I must be honest. Insanity is tough. I get winded right before the last set in the interval everytime.
