Im also a keen martial arts lover and have been since i was knee high! i studied western boxing, Kickboxing and recentley in my earlier 20's MUAY THAI which im addicted too but also the Thai culture which goes hand in hand. The last 3 years ive been lazy and have done very little exercise at all apart from my job which is physical! thankfully.

At the beginning of this year 2012 started a healthy diet again, running everyday and some light cardio at home , then ive slowly got back to traing Muay Thai once a week. INSANITY came alon and now i want to use it as a tool to get me as fit cardio wise as possible! also i have a very slim plain body(ithink) and i just want to be very lean and ripped as i can for my body!
I know im not going to be bulging with muscle unless i started lifting heavey for a long time so i want to define what ive got to the max.

Next year 2013 im going to Thailand to live the nomadic life of training and living like a Muay Thai fighter hopefully for the long term as its something ive always wanted to do since i started my Muay Thai journey! i hope to compete when im there.
