I am turning 44 and want to get into shape. I no longer want to be a couch potato. I started working out in January of the this year but just need something a little more.
Some of my likes are University of Kentucky Basketball and cheerleading. GO WILDCATS

I started this program in June on 2007. My goal was to get into shape. Lose some body fat but at the same time to gain muscle. Well in 90 days I lost a little over 3 percent in body fat and actually gained inches in my arms and legs. The side effect that I really did not expect was the fact that I have a bone disease. My bones are like that of an 80 year old. But thanks to P90X and eating clean. My bones have actually started to get stronger. I am so pumped and can not wait to start the next 90 day phase.
