In January 09' I got laid off due to downsizing in the company. I got depressed and didn't know what I was going to do there's just not many jobs in the area. I knew this was not in my plan to be turning 30 with no job. I knew I had to do something with my days and with my life. So I turned to P90X it just caught my eye one day as I was watching tv. I knew this was the best time to get started. So I started P90X on 3/9/09. I went into this program thinking it would be a 90 day workout and thats it. I'm now only 30 days into and not only feeling more toned all over but also it has changed me on the inside. I'm now a beachbody coach and I love it. I just loved what it did for me the first 30 days and want to help others achieve the goals they have. This program has already changed my life. I now know I will be working out the rest of my life. I'm wanting to get lean ripped muscle, stronger and more healthy. More definition.
I feel 100% better now everything is starting to come together my workouts and my life. As for the diet I have never ate so healthy in my life and I have so much energy and just feel so much healthier. I continue to dream bigger! I am now 34 and my life has changed so much from the 4 years ago. I joined the Air Force and I have to say it would of never been possible without beachbody!
