Been here on and off (mostly off) for awhile. Never really got started till I balloned up over 315 lbs. I use to be a pretty active person. Skiing, Paintball, Camping, and Hiking were some of my favorite things to do. Stopped most of them since they were just too tiring at this weight. Tying my shoes was an exercise let alone tring to work my way aroun my gut to get ski boots buckled.
