Here's a little about me:
I am a mother of 4 beautiful kids, 2 boys and 2 girls, ages 11-20 and 2 grandchildren, both boys, ages 1 and 3. All my life I was strong and fit but children and time is taking it's taken a toll on me. I have arthritis throughout my body, a bad knee and tendenitis. I have been on the P90 for about 2 weeks and already feel a difference in my body. I have gained

My transformation story is about the same as anyone else we are all here to get healthy and fit again. I am looking to slim down and build muscle again hopefully in better shape than when I was younger!
I am updating my photo every 2 weeks so I can see the transformation. Why? Because only 2 weeks in and I see and feel a big difference!
On to week four.......gained 1/2 inch in my thighs and am toning up nicely and lost 2% body fat so far. Will be taking a 4 week photo next weekend.
